Torrance Felony DUI Plea Deal
TORRANCE, Los Angeles Superior Court — My client had fourth and fifth DUI cases pending, plus two probation violations. The charges carried a possible total sentence of more than eight years in state prison. I negotiated such a favorable plea agreement with prosecutors that two different judges would not approve the deal during previous hearings. Finally, the trial judge accepted the deal, which will bring my client home after less than one year in county jail. While serving her sentence, she’s participating in an educational program to help her get her life back on track.
